Who you are dealing with
Mechanical Filming is a trading name of Union Boomer LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that names the deliverables (shots, length, resolution, formats), the number of revision rounds, and the price. Work outside the quote is quoted separately before it starts. Nothing on this site is an offer; the quote is.
Your material
You confirm you have the right to give us the drawings, models, photographs and names you send, and that we may use them to make your film. We keep them confidential and return or delete them on request once the project is paid.
Approval and payment
We send sample frames before animation and a watermarked cut before delivery. Final files are released when the invoice is paid. Payment terms are on the quote.
Ownership
On payment you own the delivered films and stills for any use. We keep ownership of our working files, rigs, materials and reusable models, and the right to show the delivered work in our portfolio unless the quote says otherwise.
Accuracy
We model from the documents you give us. Films are for explanation and marketing; they are not engineering drawings, test results or a safety assessment, and should not be relied on as such.
Brands
Product and brand names shown in our work belong to their owners. Mechanical Filming is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any manufacturer, and our own showcase renders (the WB-1 movement) are our own models.
Liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
